When I picked up my vehicle, I had questions that weren't answered. The service consultant who worked with me had left for the day, as well as, the mechanic that looked at my vehicle. Another service consultant tried to assist me, but only had the information about my vehicle in the computer (and on the paper copy that I received) and indicated that she would have the service consultant that worked with me call me back. The service consultant did not call me back. There was a lack of communication or a break in the line of communication.
You did a good job addressing the issue in which I brought to car to the dealership (rough idle). I did not feel pressured or prompted to do more than requested.
When I was in last fall, I was advised the brakes would need to be addressed soon and they identified that and I said yes.
I wish you would have recalled that last fall you put a colored freon in the AC to see if and where the might be a leak in the AC system. That is still an open issue. I would have liked to have known the results of that situation. I may not be able to afford the fix, but I would like to know what the issue is.
When in to get my oil changed and Abby at the desk was So kind and Very Very helpful and answered all the questions I had. I have scratches on my back bumper I think is most likely from the car washes I get every week so she helped me with that...Thanks Abby!! Plus I was in there at the Most maybe a half hour...it was Great!! Thanks a lot!!! ????????
I LOVE my Bergstrom Dealership. They always take great care of me. They smile, they make eye contact, they listen and the provide me with choices. I also like that they always ask if there is anything else they can do for me...or my awesome car...Cadillac Glacier Blue 2013 ATS4. Best choice I ever made in my life was to buy from them.
