I was not happy to find out that Bergstrom did not have included and/or offer Road Hazard Coverage for my Tires that had an less than 20,000 miles and were purchased in November 2016. I had the same tire issue on my wife's Chevrolet Tahoe that we purchased at Gandrud Chevrolet with more than 30,000 miles and their Dealership had the Road Hazard Coverage and we did not pay a dime out of pocket versus paying $564.46 for two replacement tires!
My 'Service Departure Lane System' warning light was on - on the instrument panel. I brought the car in to have it serviced in that respect. It cost me $130 some dollars for a test to tell me an instrument needed to be purchased for some $500.00 to remedy the situation. I wondered why the test needed to be preformed when the instrument panel already told us what was wrong. Felt is though I wasted $!39.00. In addition I have had a chronic air pressure problem with my titres. They were reprogrammed wrong to register the wrong tire needing air pressure. It also seems as if every other few weeks one of the tires is always low on air pressure. I have been in two or three times to have this remedied - apparently no success.
Randy Roubal did a great job with the entire purchase process of my vehicle. There was a major issue with getting my vehicle shipped from the distribution center in Texas. Randy made repeated efforts to find out when the vehicle would actually ship. He followed up with me every step of the way.. He ran into many obstacles in getting the information needed to get the vehicle moving.. This is a major problem that Cadillac and GM needs to address. But Randy did everything he could and I appreciated that. Once the vehicle arrived, he went through the operation of the features and said if I had any trouble with operating any of the features that I could come in anytime to find out how to work them.
I will contact Randy when I am in the market again for a vehicle.
Although the dealership is wonderful, the numerous issues we have had with the vehicle makes it tough to recommend a Cadillac to anybody. This is my wife’s car and she has already sworn off any Cadillac in the future. It is a real shame.
