I had a concern about the sound of my vehicle when I started it up and the louder noise when I was driving. They only had intern-type personnel to change the oil and check other 21 check points which I appreciated. They didn't notice the sound of the vehicle when starting it but the guy that checked me in was very aware of it. I did make an appointment for next week. The guy that checked me in took it back and had someone else look at the situation and came back and said what they would do but it is so rusted in that area he couldn't give me a firm estimate. I really appreciated that guy for informing me about it and setting up a new appointment.
This is the second car I bought here, as well as, repairs for my old car and they are always professional, thorough and helpful. Jordan, the sales agent was really great to work with. I always recommend Buick to everyone.
Kevin was very nice. He met me at my car. We went over what needed to be done and he showed to the waiting area. When my car was finished Kevin directed me to my car. Kevin is a very nice person and easy to work with. All in all it was a great job!
Our sales advisor, Rieta Vandeurzen, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle operation and was able to answer any questions we had. She is definitely an asset to the Bergstrom team. Also Mike, who explained the details of the Enclave features, did a great job having all answers to whatever questions we had. A really pleasant experience !!
1. Process takes too long for simple oil change from making an appointment and for the time to get done. 2. Asked for them to simply check out battery terminals, instead got instructions on how to jump start other vehicles (my problem was I tried to jump start another vehicle and there was no transfer of energy from my vehicle to the other)
I enjoy ring greeted when i arrive and the efficiency of getting signed in. On this day, I wanted a noise when the blower was on and Ann indicated my car was due for an oil change. She reassured me that they could take me right in. I left there happy both got taken care of.
Horrible experience trying to make the appointment. It took 5 phone calls, 3 hours, and 6 different people to transfer, check with supervisors, and call back, just to fix a tire. Then, I get there to pick up my car after 5 days in the shop and they didn't even bother to check the rear of the vehicle or put things back appropriately. The spare was just chucked in the back of my SUV and both the side wall & floor storage compartment, were ripped apart.
It took longer than expected as they were not prepared for me to wait even though I said I would be when I set up the appointment. Also, tire pressure monitor was not reset properly and chimed continuously for two days before resetting on its own.
