Lots of events happen in the last few weekends in October. It would be easy to feel as frayed as the Mummy trying to keep track of them all and figure out what to attend. But here are a few ideas for you and your family this Halloween 2015 (and one grown-up fundraiser event that would make a great date night).
For kids you can go to:
On Saturday, October 17 and October 24, Heritage Hill will be presenting a Brothers Grimm-themed holiday event for all ages. From 4:00-8:00pm children and families can trick-or-treat through various areas of the park and enjoy fairytale-inspired games, crafts and stories. Cost is $7 per person, with children 3 and under free.
On Saturday, October 24 families can come down in costume and take a Halloween-themed walk. On the way you can learn about the various animals that the Wildlife Sanctuary protects. Cost is $2.50 for children and $3.75 for adults.
From 4:00-7:00pm on Saturday, October 31 kids and adults can enjoy carnival games, prizes, food, face painting, and more candy than you can shake a stick at. This even is free for the whole community.

Friday and Saturday the three middle weekends of October (Oct 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, and 24) children and adults can come in costume in costume from 3:00-8:00pm and see the animals and enjoy attractions like a children’s maze, live Swamp Monsters, inflatables, trick-or-treating and even haunted wagon rides and children’s games some weekends. Cost is $8 in advance, $10 at the door.
On Friday, October 23 and Saturday, October 24 children can come and enjoy oodles of peanut-free candy, science activities, inflatables, music, and games. Cost is $6 for children and adults, children under 2 years of age may enter free but must buy a ticket to trick-or-treat
And one neat fundraiser for the adults:
On Friday October 30, this masquerade ball will feature dinner, raffles, a silent auction, and entertainment by Ted Oliver Dueling Pianos. Formal clothing and masks are required (but available at the door). Tickets are $75 before October 16 and all proceeds will benefit Golden House Domestic Abuse Shelter in Green Bay.
We at Broadway Automotive hope you have a fun and safe Halloween!
