4×4 Drivetrain and G.O.A.T. Modes™

Included with every 2021 Ford Bronco Sport, drivers will experience an exciting and capable 4×4 drivetrain. With each wheel receiving power, the Bronco Sport can take on a large list of environments thanks to its impressive traction and limited wheel slip.

Along with 4×4, the Bronco Sport offers G.O.A.T. (Goes Over Any Type of Terrain) Modes™ with its Terrain Management System™. With five standard G.O.A.T. Modes included with the 2021 Ford Bronco Sport, select between Sand, Slippery, Sport, Eco, and Normal. If you choose the Badlands trim level, you can also enjoy the available Mud/Ruts and Rock Crawl modes.

Advanced 4×4 with Twin-Clutch Rear-Drive Unit and Available Trail Control™

Standard on the Badlands trim, Advanced 4×4 with Twin-Clutch Rear-Drive Unit enhances the capability of the 2021 Ford Bronco Sport. With this drivetrain, torque can be diverted to a singular wheel even if the other three have no traction and can send nearly all rear axle torque to either rear wheel. With the included G.O.A.T. Modes™, this drivetrain will make the Bronco Sport capable of traveling over some of the most challenging terrains.

Another available feature that drivers can look forward to with the 2021 Ford Bronco Sport is Trail Control™. A class-exclusive, Trail Control™ is similar to cruise control for off-road driving. You set your speed, and this technology will focus on your wheels’ performance and can even avoid obstacles like rocks or potholes. While in Mud/Ruts or Rock Crawl mode, Trail Control™ will give you more visibility with its available 180-degree split-view camera.
