We had an appointment set for an ECP warranty claim and were told that the vehicle would be picked up first thing in the morning at 10:30 we called because it wasn���t picked up yet and the sales person that made that promise didn���t relay it to anyone else and no one knew anything about it. Communication was terrible, we were constantly told that someone would contact us either the same day or the following day with an update and that never happened. If we wanted an update on our vehicle we had to call. It took three weeks for our vehicle to get done when we were originally told a couple days. The quality of the the work is terrible. The front end damage got taken care of but the hood still has bug damage the interior stains didn���t get taken care of. Very frustrated with the whole thing for the money we paid for this protection plan and all the hassles we questioning buying it.
