3-Day Vehicle Exchange Policy in Green Bay, WI

Whether you're looking to buy a certified pick-up truck, or an older model car or SUV, we want every customer to shop CONFIDENTLY! We stand by our Pre-Owned Exchange Policy. Under our 3-Day Pre-Owned Exchange Policy, you can exchange your recently purchased pre-owned vehicle for another vehicle from the same dealership's inventory by coming back within three business days or 150 miles distance of delivery (whatever comes first).

What is the 3-day Pre-Owned Exchange Policy?  


Customers who purchase a used car from a Bergstrom of Green Bay dealership are eligible for the 3-Day Vehicle Exchange Policy, which allows them to exchange their vehicle for another one for any reason, provided that:  

1. The car is delivered back to the Bergstrom of Green Bay dealership location where it was purchased within three (3) businesses days.  

2. The returned car is in "as purchased" condition (e.g., the vehicle has not been in an accident and is free of modifications, dents, scratches, tears, breaks, cracks, stains, and so on), as determined by the dealer.  

3. The customer's mileage on the vehicle from the date of purchase is less than 150 miles; and  

4. There are no outside liabilities on the returned vehicle.  



If the vehicle to be returned satisfies all these conditions, you may exchange it for another vehicle of equal or greater value (costs may be incurred), provided that we mutually agree upon the terms of the vehicle purchase.
